Caroline is a graduate of Lansing Community College School of Massage Therapy (2001). She has worked extensively as a certified massage therapist (American Massage Therapy Association member) with War Memorial Hospital and The Tribe of Chippewa Indians in their physical therapy departments. She uses a variety of techniques such as Swedish Massage, which promotes relaxation of muscle tissues. She also uses deep tissue massage which can help release muscle tension of specific areas. Caroline's massage style is also influenced by therapeutic touch and polarity therapy. Through her experience she has seen tremendous results both physically and emotionally. Her approach is gentle, patient and holistic. She uses experience and history to tailor a massage specific to the client's needs. Clients can expect a massage that leaves them feeling both relaxed and with an overall sense of well being. Caroline believes that massage should be an accessible and regular part of any lifestyle. Besides her love of massage, Caroline enjoys cross country skiing, gardening, spending time in nature, and yoga. She is a stay at home mom of 3 children, a sweet girl (Ahnika) and two crazy boys (Braeden and Ben).
