Lalitha Ravi meditation

Lalitha Ravi, comes from the mystic land of India where she was born into a family where meditation and mantras were an everyday thing. Her childhood years were immersed in the culture, mantra, healing and the connection with the cosmic Shakti energy. She has practiced yoga since she was a young child. She has learned the nuances of mediation from her Father who was a profound thinker and a meditator. She has also learned the Mantra meditation from the Chinmaya Mission. Lalitha learned her breathing and meditation techniques under the guidance of Dr. Kshitija (Ayurveda and Yoga expert). The values of reverence and gratitude towards the Guru, that she has inherited from the environment that she grew up in, has permeated into her life. She believes that spreading the unique message of love and peace is the mission of her life.
